In the idyllic village of Ebnit, surrounded by mountains, forests, and vast meadows, we can experience nature in all its splendor. The clear, fresh air, the silence, and the untouched surroundings create a peaceful place where one can truly unwind. As the saying goes, “Here, the world is still in order.”

Ebnit, a charming mountain village and air spa of the city of Dornbirn, is located at 1075 meters above sea level and is the perfect retreat for those seeking a break in nature. A true oasis of calm that promises relaxation and tranquility from the very first glance.

The Alpenrose, a historic house, was lovingly revived in 2011, in harmony with Vorarlberg's traditional wood craftsmanship. Here, local craftsmanship meets modern design – functional, aesthetic, and sustainable.

We place great importance on respecting and protecting Mother Nature. This principle is also reflected in our kitchen: we focus on organic, regional ingredients so that our food truly remains "life-sustaining." From clarified butter to fries and Kaiserschmarren – everything is freshly prepared without the use of processed or frozen foods.
